The official list of words to draw for the 2022 edition of Inktober
Mosaic of color drawings
Ink originals All original ink drawings, on half sheets (5.5 x 8.5 inches, or 14 x 21.5 cm).
October 1er: Gargoyle It was the first drawing of Inktober and I had forgotten that Instagram prefers the square format… Oops!
October 2: Scurry The sheep scurry away so as not to wake the fox.
October 3: Bat Double use of the Bat meaning here, a sheep at the bat playing baseball and a ball with a logo of a bat!
October 4: Scallop Sheep the pirate sails in a scallop shell! Without an oar, it may take a long time to navigate while rocking… Let’s the adventure begin!
October 5: Flame What could be better than a marshmallow roasted over a campfire…yum!
October 6: Bouquet Sheep thinks s/he’s a bouquet of flowers
October 7: Trip Sheep takes a mind-blowing trip inside their head
October 8: Match Game! Can you find all pairs of sheep? Have fun! (Answers: A1+B3, B1+D2, C1+A4, D1+B4, A2+C3, B2+D4, C2+D3, A3+C4)
October 9: Nest It may be absurd, but those two sheep in the giant nest are hungry. Yes yes.
October 10: Crabby Sheep is grumpy like a cloud is raining just for them.
October 11: Eagle Poor sheep! They got caught by an eagle on the fly. We can understand why they are crying…
October 12: Forget Comic strip about forgetting. The sheep is naked and wonders if they forgot something. Seeing the thought bubble above them, s/he takes it to clothe themself in wool. It’s more comfortable!
October 13: Kind Two kind sheep look at each other, next to a small daisy.
October 14: Empty The coffee cup, decorated with little sheep, is empty. It’s time to prepare another one.
October 15: Armadillo Drawing an armadillo while I add myself the challenge of always including a sheep? The sheep is now a taxi driver for the armadillo!
October 16: Fowl Sometimes the encounters on the farm are surprising. Sheep jumps at the sight of the fowl protecting their territory.
October 17: Salty Watching a good movie, what could be better than salty potato chips.
October 18: scrape Sheep is sad, covered with bandages and is resting.
October 19: Ponytail Sheep is proud and sparkling, with their multicolored ponytail like the rainbow.

October 23: Booger Thinking of Ralph Wiggum (The Simpsons TV series) who always finds some!
October 24: Fairy The sheep fairy, of course!
October 25: Tempting It’s tempting to jump the fence, because the grass is always nicer and greener on the other side.
October 26: Ego The shadow of the sheep on the barn suggests that s/he thinks s/he is the king.
October 27: Snack A snack vending machine in the middle of the field with the sheep wondering if it’s a monolith from outer space.
October 28: Camping In the evening, two sheep share a camping tent. By the light of a camping lamp, they kiss.
October 29: Uh-oh The wolf is nearby and howls. The sheep in the field behind are worried.
October 30: Gear Here is one of the drawings that was the most fun to imagine, draw, ink and color. It’s a gear-driven machine that spins plates of sheep that jump over counter-rotating barriers. The counter indicates that there have been 514 jumps since the last winding of the mechanism.
October 31: Farm Rather fast and simple drawing of a farm, a silo, fields, trees, clouds, some birds, a dog, and some more sheep of course.
